[ getting used to the "network" of this place is.. incredibly strange, and dan heng can't help the way that he jumps a little at the tap, reaching for a spear that is not there - but no one is nearby, and the voice ringing in his mind is familiar. ]
...Unfortunately. Until today, it's actually been perpetually night here, so it was hard to keep track. I do have my watch, though: it's been at least over a month month, probably much closer to two.
Last night was the first dream since the original one before I woke up here.
[ there's a bit of curiosity from Aventurine's end that he can't help, maybe even a little concern since it is something that clearly affects Dan Heng, but he doesn't want to pry. When it disappears, Aventurine lets his curiosity and concern go with it. He'll push the subject towards something else, even if also being accompanied by not particularly amazing news. ]
Well, hm, on the plus side... I've got lots of supplies for you and the others. I do admit I had high hopes I would host the Astral Express and a Xianzhou Arbiter General under more hospital conditions.
Not sure if you've seen for sure yet, but as you probably can imagine just by taking a look around we're severely lacking in things that would make this a lot more comfortable of a stay.

Please don't be worried about that. You've done the best that anyone could do, given the circumstances. Having a bed to sleep on at all is a net positive.
Have plenty of food and water, too, although I admit I can't read any of the packaging. So some of it is a little bit of a mystery...
Before I forget, though... although mind communication is normal here through what they call the Murmur, we have what is called a tether between us. You really need tethers here, but I also don't want you stuck with one with me unless you're all right with it.

Admittedly its hard to really identify it, but it feels a little bit like a child being excited over their first day of school to meet new people, even though neither Dan Heng nor Aventurine have this kind of experience to compare it to, exactly. ]
